You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address; TressDiary is in no way responsible for packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address (which was given before dispatch). In cases where TressDiary needs additional information regarding a delivery address, TressDiary may ask you to provide additional information. Delay in delivery may occur if additional information regarding the delivery address is required.
TressDiary will do everything possible to deliver the order within the delivery time to the delivery address. If delivery is delayed, or if the order cannot be fulfilled (or can only be partially fulfilled), you will be notified as soon as possible after placing the order.
